These Terms govern your use of the BioRegenx / NuLife storefront and your purchase of products. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version and the date you accepted it are recorded at signup and checkout.

We collect only the personal information needed to operate your account and fulfil your orders — your name, contact details, addresses and communication preferences. We record your consent with a version and timestamp. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time from your account’s privacy controls. We do not sell your personal information.

Manage your consent and request a data export or account deletion from your account (§17.2, §36).

If you’re not satisfied with a product, contact our care team to start a return. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method. Some items and promotional bundles may have specific return conditions, which are noted at purchase.

Autoship is an optional subscription that re-orders selected products on a recurring schedule (for example, every 30 days). You authorise us to charge your payment method for each scheduled order at the then-current price. You can pause, change the cadence, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before the next order processes — there is no minimum commitment, and we email you before each shipment.

Autoship disclaimer: enrolling in autoship creates a recurring order and charge until you change or cancel it. You stay in control from your account.

Our product descriptions use structure-and-function language to describe what ingredients are intended to support. They are not medical advice and do not describe treatment of any disease.
